Hi,

I am looking for a 16" full size spare wheel 185/50 R16 (or a space saver) for my wifes Groove up!

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this and a jack and wheel brace etc.

Are there any in the VW range that are suitable ?

Do I require any other parts to store it in the boot and will there be any storage issues ?

My cars came with 16" alloys but the supplied spares are 14" standard steel wheels.....cannot imagine a problem fitting a 16" into the boot well as overall diam will be the same, though best check

The Groove Up! comes with the subwoofer in the boot that fills the spare wheel well, soa spare wheelwon't physically fit where it should go. My Up! has the Triangle 16'' alloys and a 14'' spare wheel, as the spareis only meant to get youto a tyre fitter/ vw garage as a temporary measure.Vw part numbers are as follows:

Steel Rim 5Jx14 - 1S0 601 027 G 03C - £41.65 inc vat

Jack - 1S0 011 031 - £29.59 inc vat

Wheel Brace - 4D0 012 219 A - £16.06 inc vat

I think my tyre on the spare is a 175/65r14, these will retail somewhere in the £35-50 are depending on what make you go for.
