My Up! came with the basic radio which I am anxious to upgrade to a unit with Bluetooth and USB port for listening to music. I'm not bothered about CD's or DAB. In any case I have contacted two car audio specialists and Halfords all of which have told me that they cannot get access to a fascia for the Up!. HAs anybody successfully changed out their factory fitted radio? I'd prefer not to do the work myself, although I'm technically competent with wiring I don't want to be the one to dissect my cars dash. It looks fairly well sealed and a complex job.

just remember, if you have M&M, it wont work anymore (but I assume you don't as you need Bluetooth)

Do it! its a very easy process. But...

When you fit the cables in make sure it has a little bit of give. The big chunky connector is a bugger to fit through the small hole at the back of the dash.

The facia has 4 - 6 small metal clips and if they pop off you have to rely on the other to hold it in place.

Make sure you do it once and do it right so you have give with the wires.

Your FM could be a bit iffy too. I can't get FM afterwards but not sure if its because it wasn't connected when roof was wrapped lol
