Hi there fellow VW up owners.

I have a friend who has some lovely matt black alloys that he is selling. I would like to put them on my little white up, but i am unsure what the offset and the centre bore diameter is. Would anyone be able to help me obtain these two? He bought them for a Vauxhall corsa B (2000 reg). Any help is greatly appreciated as I only have till Sunday to decide on them! Thank you

:)

Google really can help here....

I searched for "Corsa b wheel offset pcd" and then the same for VW Up!

Corsa b

PCD - 4 x 100 Bore - 56.6 offset 49 Bolts - 12 x 1,50

VW Up !

PCD - 4 x 100 Bore - 57.1 offset 35 Bolts - 12x 1,50

So, you may have a probllem with the Bore size and the offset is incorrect.

Trouble is, those measurements are useless if they are aftermarket alloys, since they tend to be machined with an oversize centrebore to fit any vehicle, and the offset can be anything.

Get your friend to tell you the make of the wheels, and look on them for relevant markings giving the offset and size.
