Citigo won a couple, but they said it was because it was essentially the same car, but cheaper and, therefore, better value...

Not convinced, as the Up! is a better looking version with more focus on the cosmetic...

Having read the article a couple of weeks ago, they seemed to award it to the Citigo as much for the good reputation of the dealers as the car itself. Yes, they said it was cheaper, but also said the up! would retain more value, making the cost of ownership much closer.
What they didn't say was the wheels on their Citigo test vehicle were a £650 dealer-fit option - that's the only way to get 15" wheels on the Citigo Elegance, the High up!'s closest equivalent.

Yeah, it was the price and also the high ratings that thousands of car owners had given to Skoda dealers in the Driver Power Survey 2012. Skoda in first place four years in a row, VW slipped to 18th this year...

When looked at the citigo remember the guy being really nice!

As my VW dealer is also Skoda, hopefully the service is better anyway!
