No. The day I am unable to turn my lights on when it is dark is probably the day I should stop driving. I have had this feature on previous cars but didn't use it.

The up! already has a facility to remind you when it is getting dark enough for lights, therefore adding an additional function to actually switch them on just seems lazy to me.

I'll agree it IS a problem on other cars that don't have a twilight system, but do have the dash backlights permanently illuminated. If you are driving during dusk and don't realise how dark it has got, it is easy to forget to put your lights on in a built up area where the streetlamps hide the fact that your headlights are not on.

oh yes, the up! idea to remove the dash backlight when become dark is very useful!But the automatic light is better!
