Hey guys

I had a burning electric smell when I first collected my up which I understand to be normal and that was fine. However I;ve now done around 1300 miles and I'm getting a cabbage smell at times, which seems gear related.

I know these sorts of smells can be normal, but wondered if it will pass or if something is wrong?

I'm hoping it's just the manufacturing solvents etc working there way out.

I didn't think catalytic convertors smelt these days?

Cheers

Maybe i just worked the gears too hard. NOt used to driving it with a full load

So it's fine?

I've never had a car do that before!

Definitely clutch. Both of mine do it occasionally, as have other cars I've had.
