As per title, can the doors be programmed to autolock when you drive off and, if so, can it be done 'at home', or is it a dealer job?

Yes. Mine do. Dealer did it when I picked up the car. I think you can have various functions...I've just got locks. I also got drivers door unlock then when you hold the button all doors.

Thanks, I found a couple of threads on the subject, but it seems to be a VAG COM job. I'll ask them to do it next time I'm in.

My doors lock as soon as the car starts before moving off. They also unlock when picking up a passenger even when the engine is running.
