It all depends on how well the car has been maintained and used during its ownership.
Has it done mostly motorway mileage, or stop start commuting in town traffic.
Let's put it this way, my mothers 15yr old Lupo SDi with 129372 genuine miles, which is below average mileage, is still on its original clutch from new.
I know the clutch on a diesel is slightly beefier than a petrol engine, but still, it all depends on how well the car has been treated.
Your Up has above average mileage for its age, but one can usually tell, by the way a car drives and responds under acceleration whether the clutch is still working efficiently.
Changing a clutch on an Up, is not a complicated job, and I recon when it eventually needs changing budget for around £120-40.
Gearbox needs to be removed to reach the clutch. So £140 would cheap for the job alone. Then it also needs parts on top of that.
