Kerbed one of the alloys on white alloy. On closer inspection it looks like the chrome rim it appears to be fixed onto the face of the wheel itself, does anyone know how this alloy is manufactured and can it be repaired?
Yeah are one piece, the rim is CNC machined (they call it 'diamond cut') to give the mirror finish then 'laquered' to protect it from corrosion.
You would need a good place to get it refurbed, won't be cheap. If the damage is only slight, i'd touch up the damaged bit with a clear coat touch up paint, to stop the water/salt getting in and spreading.
