We have just ordered a new e-up, that was already programmed in for the dealer, and is due from factory in next couple of months. The dealer doesn't have one for us the view, but did we did drive one recently. When placing the order, the dealer mentioned there is no false floor in the boot as the floor is stepped, and not flat. If this is so, is it possible to get a false floor that would fit an e-up?. As the car is already programmed for building, I assume it is not possible to get a floor from the factory?

The boot floor is an option on the configurator, it should just be a case of ordering the parts and having them fitted, there’s no step on the boot floor. You’d have to talk to the parts department to find out if the parts are any different from ice ups but it should just be a plastic support that screws into each side of the boot and the false floor.
