Auto express have an article up where they think VW will have an electric up ready and for sale next year.

Priced they say at £20k!

That extra cost would buy an awful lot of fuel....

yeah but the point of electric cars isnt to save on the money of buying fuel, its to stop using the fuel which is running out....

the car will prob come out early next year in germany etc and a bit later in the year over here
