I used google translate and here's what the text says.

The Volkswagen Up! 1.0 (44kW) of year 2012 we provided a custom-made stainless steel sports exhaust system from the original catalyst.
The client had this new car at the dealer just picked up but had already made ""‹""‹an appointment to the small thunder of little more sound.
He wanted no visible changes so we have chosen not to place finisher at the end but the "clean look" anywhere.

Would you like something or you have other needs in the field of exhaust?
Call or email address below.

Sincerely,
The team of:

I don't want a "performance" exhaust system, just a couple of nice looking chrome tips poking through the rear skirt.

HOW DO THEY GET A TSI model
Heh, it's only a sticker, at the moment there is no TSI engine which could get under that small bonnet.
All Up's have MPI (Multi Point Injection) engines.

much cheaper just to drill a few holes in the original system....or drive round scotland in the winter on salted roads.......rust holes would add to the soundtrack!
