Just thought I'd share this as I find it very useful for when I want to quickly have a look on this forum.
Okay so it's not really an app..
first go on this forum and go to new posts.. Then click on the little arrow at the bottom middle of the screen and click on add to home screen and there you have it..

Almost the same for Android but you need to make bookmark or favourite then you can add to homescreen
