Hello,

I've been wanting to make some mods to my car as of late. I was just wondering if it was possible to remove/replace the front centre grill from the front bumper? And how would I do that?

The only reason I want to do this is so that I could get it sprayed (or DIY) a different colour such as on the Up! GTI models. I know that you can buy these bumpers from eBay and car parts sellers such as:

Hi there,
Welcome to the forum! The bumper does come apart, but you have to take the whole unit off first and disassemble from the rear. Another poster asked a similar question a couple days ago; all the info is in this thread:
As that was a 2015 model, I've just checked the parts catalogue, and the same diagramme is provided for the 2013 models, so you should be ok. Just be gentle; the plastic parts of the car will become increasingly brittle with age. Pics of your handiwork are also appreciated, as I don't think anyone's tried your suggestion yet.
