Targeted ads depending on what you have been looking at maybe? Have you looked at tyres? Or because you are looking at car websites it thinks you have interest in tyres too, however targeted ad server ads not clever enough to know your on the other side of the world nearly!

i agree, i have asked about these targeted ads to myfriendswhoactuallywork for and advertising firm and they say that it just reallydependson what you are searching for that these ads appear, they dont refine the location as much or it will entail a lot more budget for those advertisements. i always get ones for travelling deals since i like searching for travelling stuff on the net.
