That is my unit of measurement lolThe owner of the garage is an older bloke like me, so all my instructions on height were to just make it look right, natural rather than slammed or anything like that.
It's about 2 fingers height off the tyres.
Had my suspension and wheels fitted (including suspension recommended and supplied by) LVS here in Lincoln. So, where have people used for their mods? Being a new model it’s nicer to know a garage has at least worked on a few.
No removal of hubs required, the only fasteners you need to remove are the strut top nut/s, the lower pinch nut and bolt and the drop link nut at the front, and the top pin mount nut and lower shock nut and bolt at the rear.do you need to remove the hub?
I didnt have to with other vw's
Bilstein says that must be from 25mm to 45mm drop on front wheels and from 30 to 40mm on the rear. I have 33mm front and 28mm rear and for me is great.Looks good, what heights have you set that at front and rear?
What’s the ride like with the progressive springs on the front.
