Are all wind deflectors for a 3 door UP the same ? Have there been any changes from 2012 to date ? Seen some on EBay that are listed from 2012 through to 2019.
My car is a 2019 GTI

All are the same. Just ensure you buy for the correct number of doors

As I understand these things just press up under the window rubbers is that right ? Are they worth having ? Do they create and wind noise.
To me they kinda look cool but I’m wondering what the advantages are ..

My daughter has them on her 5 - door Gti and loves them. No wind noise, no screws or fasteners, just push into place.
