Oh wow... folded down rear seats,took boot lid out, filled to brim with (I would of taken to dump !!) items, 2 large cardboard boxes,plus 4 large blue ikea bags, a squashy builders bucket,2 fold up garden chairs,garden brolly and a paste table ................room for a little more :))Like turning up at bootsale in a tardis
I am so glad I did not trade back to a polo

Yesterday I carried one of these in the back of mine, from Devon to Hampshire:

And a water butt or two. It's no pickup truck, but it's not bad at all. It's better than the Fiat 500 and Mini, far more practical.

I have the matching Ercol drinks cabinet from 1975 still as new. I recently sold that sideboard too!Edited by: Scrubnut

You should have said....my sideboard was totally as new, polished daily for 30 years and I sold it for £300!

Takes a lot of polishing!

I like tables made out of big fat planks that you can scrub with bleach these days.

I like my drinks cabinet though....still get a whiff of sherry when you open it which reminds me of when I was a nipper.
