Our up! is only a month old. Both indicator repeaters have water ingress. Not that it should be relevant, but a pressure washer has not been used on the car. It's a very simple fix, of course, but disappointing that VW's quality control isn't perhaps what it should be. Presumably there's a bad batch. The maddening thing is that the stealership wants the car booked in and taken down to them and left with them -- all for a 30-second per side fix -- which will cost us about an hour of our time plus the petrol to get there. I am not happy, to say the least. And the salesman who we dealt with doesn't seem to be answering my e-mails. Call to VW UK HQ looming, methinks.
Anyone else had this on their up!?

Not had this problem but the side repeaters are mass produced not just used in vw's so if it is a faulty batch then it could be a massive problem

none here and I do use a Karcher pressure washer

Maybe it was an apprentice who fit them and knicked the rubber seal and it leeks in

Thanks for the comments. It'll be fixed next week, hopefully the new ones won't leak.
