Hi,Does anyone have any info on the workings of the door switch for the interior light?
How do you access the switch?
I assume the switch must be inside the door latch as I can't seem to find a seperate push pin switch anywhere in the door aperture.
My interior light is coming on occasionally whilst driving and I have noticed itcomes on just as the door is barely off the striker. I assume the door switch either needs adjusting or replacing?

For anyone that's interested I found what the problem is. It seems the tailgate was slightly off the latch and even though there is no courtesy light in the trunk it appears to affect the way the interior light works. So in summary if you've got aflickering interior light open and close your tailgate so its shut properly.

Didn't notice it. Id have also thought the central locking wouldn't have worked but it was working fine when locked with the key.
