Why not just get the Maps & More option?
Do the integration between iPhone andMaps & More works well?
Will the bluetooth connection be a good and stable connection?
How do I get power for my iPhone?

I like TomTom better than Navigon.

I've not used the BT streaming extensively but it seems to work well enough from my iPhone 5.

Power would need to be a separate consideration I suppose.

The Navigon mapping seems OK and the deep integration with the main head unit has obvious benefits over a third-party solution.

But the Maps & More option will also get more expensive, than and iPhone solution. And I dog not really need theMaps & More option if I have my iPhone

I use maps and more with my iPhone, and it's generally seamless. If power is an issue, there is a 12v socket for a charger there.
I think it's worth the expense as it designed for the car, so it's a clean, mess free solution, it's does what it's supposed to and doesn't look out of place.
The navigation aside, you get other useful features that all add up to a worthwhile purchase.
