Hi all,

I ordered my up! on 5th of July and I got a call from the dealer today, saying that he cannot provide me with an original day for pickup. Note that I ordered the car in Germany and I will take it from the factory in Wolfsburg. So no transport waiting and delays. It was supposed to be build week 39 or 40.
High up! with sound pack and sunroof. Anyone with similar not reasonable delays ?

But the Up! is not built in Wolfsburg, production is in Bratislava (Slovak Republic). So it will need some kind of transportation to get there... a journey of about 800km.

Yes you're right I googled it and found that only Golf, Tiguan some others are made in Wolfsburg. Still seems weird to me that no appointment can be made. Anyway, we will see what's coming from Monday...

I would guess straight onto a train transporter, then distribution from some depot in holland.
