The media on my Navigon is not connecting when docked/mounted in the car. Does anyone know how to fix or what I'm doing wrong? It means I cannot access any of the media functions or sound from the sat nav

Check that the mount is fitted really securely into the dashboard socket. It's a very tight fit and can appear to be connected when it isn't.

This caught me out some time back and others have reported the same issue.
