I was wondering if;
1: Mudflaps are clipped on to the body, or do they have to drill?
2: Could they cause corrosion by trapping nasties that rub between themselves and the car body?
3: Do they actually help keep a car cleaner?
4: Do they look nice on an up!?

I' can't decide if I should have them or not...

Any opinions would be great.. Alex

There is no drilling of metal work only the plastic liners at the front & the under side of the rear sill,front & rear come with a plastic backing plate which pinches up tight to the lower bodywork.I think over time all mud flaps will leave a mark on the bodywork but it will only show if you take them off.How effective they are i have yet to find out as i only fitted them yesterday.I think they will help reduce gravel rash but i doubt they will keep the back clean.
