I think someone has mentioned this before but our up! has now covered just shy of 1000 miles and I have recently noticed how much quieter the car is.
The 'tractor' noise whilst going up hills has ceased and the clutch 'clunk' that I know a lot of members have been complaining about has also disappeared completely.
These noises never did bother me as I always suspected they were traits of little 3-pot city cars but I guess the engine and running gear are bedding in nicely now and for me it's a bonus that all is much quieter.
It also appears to be coping much better at steep inclines too but that could be a combination of the lack of tractor noise and being more used to driving it.
I'd say that it all started to quieten down after about 800 miles.
