As you can see elsewhere on this Forum, I gave up trying to purchase the two-year update responding to the "within the first 30 days" deal. Also, I tried several times to tell them via the 'special' internet address that two petrol stations in our town have closed down.
As far as I am concerned, especially judging by others' experiences reported here, Garmin/Navigon or whoever/whatever they are, are a SHAMBLES!
No, I am using a pc. I have seen the posts around here relating to the Mac. First experiences are not good with the navigon.
I have sent a message on their FB group and to their account in Twitter. Lets see if they get back.
