I just got my VW up high I tried to plug in the sat nav to my laptop to do updates and things like my old one but it just keeps saying sat nav not found I downloaded the garmin soft ware what do I do to connect it came with USB cable any one help

You have installed Garmin Fresh in your laptop, right? And you turned the unit on? It should recognizeyour unit.

If you have problem's , just ring 02033645669 Garmin . Very helpful and dont keep you listening to rubbish music . In the box you will find a booklet with offer's for you to buy and download . The Safety Camera is £12.50 1/2 price , it is really good and warns you when you approach camera's and where mobile's are . P O I £4 1/2 price finds garages,fuel shops,banks
