I have seen the guide on here for adding speakers to the 3dr. Does anyone know what speaker sizes would be required to DIY on a 5 door. I think that you could fit relatively cheap speakers / add soundproofing for not much more than the sound pack upgrade and achieve better results without going OTT.

What speakers have 5dr owners looked at fitting themselves, particularly in the rear ?

The sound pack is great - ours is a 3 door and sounds really good. Goes loud without distorting and ample bass.

Up the bass and treble to about 65% and the sound pack really comes into its own :)

There are some good post on here as regards to adding extra speaker in the rear of 3 and 5 door I am sure someone will post a link soon

Wires would have to be run and you need some pins for radio too

Let us know how you get on
