R1chThat is great news, my contact has now gone away on holiday and says he will be back after the bank holiday.
As soon as he is back I will email him as my car was made in the same week as yours

thats a shame about your keys, well i dont know exactly how much the keys are but theyll be more than £40 cos thats how much we got charged for just coding a normal key by VW!

Got an email from my dealer today saying the car had arrived at their prep centre. The sales guy copied me in on the email he received from the prep centre as it made him laugh:

"Delivered at Lunch time.
Grey Polo Chassis No xxxxxxxxxxxxx                                   
Black Tiguan  Chassis No xxxxxxxxxxxxxx                             
White Up (  LUSH  )   Chassis No xxxxxxxxxxxxxx  "
