A quick picture of a new arrival in our household, a 1994 Range Rover Vogue. It weighs more than both Ups put together but is a fine machine.

The Ups seem to be a little bullied by it though.

What a beast... Do you have a reason to use it?

I really do think that people that buy these to take their kids to and from School should not be allowed to buy a car like that, or at least treble the car tax each year if its for inner city usage...

As you can see by the wheels, it is an off-roader. It spends most of its time green laning and getting covered in mud. It is nice pulling up next to a school run SUV and making it look inadequate. It actually belongs to my son and replaced a seriously modified Discovery and a Series 3 Landrover. For on road use an Up is more than adequate.

You're right. It has a Maestro dash too. I'm also a BL geek. I once won a telly by correctly identifying a crushed car as an MG Metro. It was ventilated discs that clinched it. How sad is that?
