Could anyone please advise on what tyre pressure is recommended, I’ve started with 30front 28rear but they look a touch under inflated, although they feel fine.

Standard tyre pressures for 2 persons in the car are 29psi front, 26psi rear. From my own research, tyre makers suggest adding 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to a winter tyre in winter. So 32 front, 29 rear are the recommended pressures.
