Good evening guys,

I'm new to the forum and looking to replace the brake shoes including springs and pistons on my partners VW Up 1.0 High UP! 2012.

Does anyone know where I can find the OEM part number for the brake shoes, springs and pistons please? Or know the number?

Thanks for your help,
Chris

HI I did my kid's ones a couple of months ago and if you log onto GSF and put your reg in it will give you the right parts.. No connection with GSF just who I used. I could look up the part # but it might be different model. Hope this helps. BTW the springs are a so and so to get off, so Take a picture first.

Hi Clarke219,

Thanks for the info, i'll check them out.

Did the brake shoes require any set up post replacement to get them aligned correctly to the drum?

Cheers

Just pull up the handbrake and apply the foot brake, but maybe best to loosen off the handbrake from inside the cab before removing the shoes.
