Anyone who knows where i can buy some w21/5w in yellow??

Hey, this is doing my head in! I can't find bulbs anywhere, I found a couple of LED ones but All the others are standard for stop tail bulbs! Are yellow bulbs road legal? (Sorry if its a obvious answer)
