I have had suggestions it's SC6 and F6, has anyone got the electrical diagram to help me confirm if these are right?

short answer from me, is no idea! might be worth checkking if VW has the diagrams youre looking for

no idea what those references are either, but usually if ive come accorss the washer jets not working its been the pump unit itself which has turned out to be faulty. therye fairly cheap on ebay, can use universal ones aswell if you dont want genuine. second hand ones with a tank too not too expensive when ive had to do it before. very quick and simple diy job too. hope this helps
