So, I emailed VW customer services to tell them I wasn't too happy about the faults in my car, though I'm naturally very happy that it all seems to be sorted at last. They called me and asked if there was anything I expected them to do for me. I didn't know what to say! They'll be calling back soon to check that it's still fixed so I'm wondering what to ask for, bearing in mind that the car has been in six times in eight months. All suggestions welcome, practical and otherwise
