Waiting for an Up! which is sitting in Germany and wondered what route they all took to the UK from the factory in Bratislava.
Do they all come to Sheerness and which port do they come from ?
How long does it take ?Edited by: Derkie54

Mine came to Grimsby via Emden.

I tracked mine online. The website went a bit mad though, I don't think they did that route, unless they dropped a car off the side by accident and had to look for it lol...

I ordered my Up 10 days ago and have been tracking the order online. It is now in transit, how long does it usually take and how do you know which ship?!

My dealer told me the name of the ship. I think it only takes about a day or so for the ship to get over.

Judging by the "route" that ship is taking, I wouldn't expect the cars to arrive in a few months

Bratislava is landlocked so the ship will be coming from Emden on the German coast.

See I thought that but apparently it does have a port!! Google says so

Ah well, who knows. I'll play the waiting game and see what happens. But thanks for your help everyone!

It's on the Danube, which is a very big river.

In the old days, even Shrewsbury had a port as the Severn was still navigable.
