hi, driving my UP today I noticed that when I roll the window down by about 1/3 there is a sound - its like a fluttering sound, as if there was a piece of paper stuck in the window. I've checked and there isn't anything stuck. The sound isn't there when it's only open a little or when it's about about 2/3 but it seems the 1/3 opening is the trigger for this noise!Anyone else experienced this?

It could be the seat belt vibrating in sympathy with the wind flowing over it.

Its resonance, bit like blowing over an empty bottle....the car is sealed except for the window opening....simple solution is just a tiny bit open on the other window and it will stop.

often happens with sunroofs etc ...looks like you found the right sized opening to set this up....fluttering feeling/sound is due to setting up a pressure standing wave (for our physics friends) just vent the chamber (ie other window and it will magically go away.
