Yep, he'll use eRwin to download the schematics against your VIN. I think there's a brief guide to getting started on eRwin somewhere on here, from memory it's around £8 for an hour's access which should be plenty of time to find and download - this is all he'll do

Do you know the build date of your car PeterK? The stuff I've downloaded from erWin for my own car about fuse allocation is split into dated revisions. Of potential relevance, there were revisions Jul 2018, Nov 2019, Sep 20 and Jun 21; I guess you're one of the middle two? I can cut & paste what the manual says but it's a chunk and not at all tidily presented unfortunately, it might not appear as it should on the forum

Have you got a sticker on the metalwork next to the wheelwell? That might have a build date, don't know. Or, assuming you're in uk, what's the first registered date on the v5? I'll try to post the nov 19 info later anyway

Sounds like registered July 2020, so posting info from manual for Nov 19 revision.

A pic of the fusebox, then cut and paste of the accompanying fuse allocation text..

You'll want to cut&paste that yourself and go through it to seperate it out, but that's hopefully it?? That's what you'll get from erWin anyway i think.

Looking at the pic of your fuseboard, the ones you're missing do not tally with that list sorry to say. I've checked several of the prior dated allocations too and they don't tally either. Maybe ask your electrician what he thinks (unless anyone else here can help?). Apols

No problem and thanks your help. Its ridiculous that VW refuse to give one a fuse diagram in the manual.I don't know why because it's the dealers who make money out of that ,not VW themselves. Also to say it's because of different models is rubbish They have a record of what each models config is so even if they don't want to put it in the manual they could easily put a printed sheet in the glove box of every new car. Also the excuse that it's a safety issue to stop you tampering with fuses and doing damage is rubbish as well otherwise it would be VAG wide so why does the Citigo have a fuse layout diagram in the manual.
No trouble. It looks to me as though they revised the up fusebox in 2015, Steve's diagram of his Citigo fusebox looks like the up's original 2011 fusebox so presumably wasn't revised. We've surely got someone on here who understands the niceties so hopefully they're able to help you.
By the way, here's a couple more images to help make sense of the wall of paste above, to show the original format:

Good luck, hope you get something sorted, please share if you figure it out elsewhere!

I think we're trying to tally the photos of Peterk's fusebox with a list of fuse allocations; if you look at the info we have you can see they don't match. I guess at this stage we need to know if any fuses have been removed from the board in the photos..

ETA. I've thought to check my own fusebox against the manual and it's not quite identical (missing 2 fuses) - but is much more complete than Pete's which is missing loads (against info in manual).

Just for Steve, here is an image of the 8/2011 up fuse box which appears to have changed in 11/2015 (see post 17). This earlier box looks same as that in the image from your manual for your 2019 Citigo which you've shared before?
