Hi I too got a Garmin Maps and more and have a 2013 up. I haven't been able to get it to connect to the car. Did you manage to get yours to do this. I have also done a full factory reset. Any help would be great

I've got a 2013 High up! which came with a Navigon unit.

In June 2016 I bought a Garmin unit from Poland on eBay (because it came with 2016Q1 maps and worked out only slightly more expensive than buying a map update) and, from what I can remember, it was plug&play - I had to run through the set-up again, but there weren't any other issues and it's worked flawlessly since then.

 

As long as the unit has been reset and the VIN removed it should work on any Mii, UP or citigo as long as they have the connector, although it's not exactly hard or awkward to get updated maps without forking the outrageous £80, as mines been running 2018Q1 without any issues.
